Dalet – Level Four

The Dalet student is esteemed to be an advanced level student. He or she can conduct conversations and express him or herself more fluently using standard vocabulary. This category of student is able speak about a range of issues, even though their grammar will yet need further honing.

Reading about current affairs in the newspaper, (i.e. more formal language), is still challenging at this stage. In addition to Sefer Dalet, during the Dalet course the teacher will use more complex materials for example: Israeli TV, on-line news-flashes and media, Israeli music, and even a small amount of poetry sometimes. These are aimed at elaborating and enriching the student’s vocabulary making them a more fluent and sophisticated communicator.
